AGENTS:
1. We only accept Full traditional DU's. Some banks are giving
     committment letters instead of the full DU and we will not
     accept it.
2. We Do not call your lender. Make sure the purchase offer matches your pre-approval and financing.
3. Make sure you circle the dollar amount on the bank
   statement so we don't have to hunt for it.
4. If you are using a Down-payment assistance program, you
   need to add this info to the contract with the exact name of
the program and agency behind it.

Agents: Your TC or assistant works for you only.
*There has been an increase in problems arising from TC's and other assistants. The problem can be narrowed down to the real estate agent NOT explaining the Terms/Conditions in the Addendum. Therefore, if you have a TC or assistant working with you, we will put them on a brief probationary period. If we find that your assistant is creating more work for us because they don't understand the details of the contract, we will cease communicating with them without warning.
