AGENTS: If you are working with a Transaction Coordinator, or anyone that is helping you with your transaction files, our office reserves the right to stop working with any individual, company or group, at any time during escrow.
We understand that agents are busy and that transaction coordinators are being used as a system to gather necessary documents to complete their files, however, our dealings are with the agent that we are compensating only.
Far too often we have experienced transaction coordinators who don't understand the types of transactions we are involved in or they make trivial requests for documents to complete their file. This takes time away from important tasks and creates more work for us.
* It is imperative that your helpers read and understand the contract, especially the Advisories, to decrease requests for documents that are not applicable to the transaction. The Addendum and Advisories will help the agent with documents that will not be provided.
