                        Information You Need To Know

1. Why do I need to sign attached Addendum ? 
A:  We cannot get your offer through without the Addendum.  These are the Seller's Terms and Conditions. If you are not going to sign the attached Addendum, do not submit an offer because we cannot get it through.

2. Why do I need to give the buyer's FULL address?
A: The Seller is a government agency. They are required to send you information per civil code.

4. Can I upload only the Purchase contract ?
A: NO. If you do not upload all documents at the same time, the database will not allow you to submit your offer and it will be rejected due to incompleteness.

5. Why do I have to give Vesting now ?
A: The Public Administrator's office needs the vesting so that they can start on their paperwork as well as escrow.

6. Do I submit ALL the disclosures with my offer?
A: NO. Only buyer of accepted offer will return disclosures
